Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the askTIAN Wallet platform at wallet.asktian.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. TIAN Points

TIAN Points are a utility credit system used within the askTIAN ecosystem. They are not a financial instrument, security, or cryptocurrency. By purchasing or using TIAN Points, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• TIAN Points have no monetary value outside the askTIAN ecosystem.
• TIAN Points are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged back for $TIAN tokens, USD, or any other currency or asset.
• TIAN Points may be used to access services within the askTIAN ecosystem, including but not limited to askTIAN Chat, askTIAN API, and askTIAN Predict.
• The conversion rate and pricing for TIAN Points may change at any time with reasonable notice.

3. $TIAN Token Conversions

When you convert $TIAN tokens to TIAN Points, the conversion is final and irreversible. The Platform does not support the reverse conversion of TIAN Points back to $TIAN tokens. You are responsible for verifying all on-chain transactions before submission.

4. Stripe Payments

Payments made via Stripe are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy. All card payments for TIAN Points are final and non-refundable once the points have been credited to your account.

5. Ecosystem Listings

Projects listed on the askTIAN Ecosystem directory pay a one-time listing fee of 8,888 TIAN Points. This fee is deducted immediately upon submission and is non-refundable. Listings go live immediately after the fee is deducted — no review or approval is required. askTIAN reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms at its sole discretion.

6. Partner API

Access to the askTIAN Partner API requires a valid API key. API keys are issued to approved partners and must not be shared or transferred. Partners are responsible for all usage and deductions made using their API key. Monthly subscription deductions are automatic and non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or policies.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. askTIAN shall not be liable for any loss of TIAN Points, $TIAN tokens, or other assets arising from technical failures, user error, or third-party service outages. In no event shall askTIAN's total liability exceed the USD equivalent of TIAN Points held in your account at the time of the incident.

9. Changes to Terms

askTIAN reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or official askTIAN channels.
