1. Information We Collect

When you use the askTIAN Wallet platform, we collect the following information:

Wallet address: Your EVM-compatible wallet address, used to verify $TIAN token balances and process on-chain transactions.
Email address: If provided through your Privy authentication method (e.g., email login or social login), used for transaction receipts and support.
Transaction data: Records of TIAN Points purchases, deductions, and usage within the ecosystem.
Partner API usage: API call logs including timestamps, endpoint accessed, and points deducted, used for billing and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

Manage your TIAN Points balance and process transactions.
Verify on-chain $TIAN token transfers.
Process payments via Stripe and issue TIAN Points accordingly.
Provide access to the Partner API and manage subscription deductions.
Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the Platform.
Communicate important updates about your account or the Platform.

3. Authentication via Privy

Authentication on the Platform is handled by Privy (privy.io). When you log in, Privy processes your authentication credentials and provides us with a unique identifier and, optionally, your email address or wallet address. We do not store your passwords or private keys. Please review Privy's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.

4. Payment Processing via Stripe

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. Stripe may collect and process your payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We receive only confirmation of payment and the associated metadata needed to credit your TIAN Points.

5. Blockchain Data

Transactions on the Base network (including $TIAN token transfers) are recorded on a public blockchain. This data is publicly accessible and cannot be deleted. We read on-chain data to verify transfers but do not control or store the blockchain itself.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Service providers: Privy (authentication), Stripe (payments), and cloud infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Platform.
Partner applications: When you use TIAN Points on a partner application, that partner receives confirmation of the deduction but not your personal details beyond what is necessary for the transaction.
Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Platform.

7. Data Retention

We retain transaction records and account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us, subject to any legal retention obligations.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us via Telegram or official askTIAN channels.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or official askTIAN channels. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
